ProForm LONG Strand Reinforced Filler, 3Liter. All purpose, high strength long fibre reinforced filler  designed to repair rusted-out spots, holes, tears and cracks on fibreglass and metal. It repairs larger holes, tears and cracks than the short fibre reinforced filler. This waterproof formulation also provides excellent featheredging and sanding properties. Excellent for marine applications. Can be used with or without mat. Hardener included. Working time 6 min. Sanding  time 20 min.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface must be free of rust, wax, silicone, grease, dirt and other contaminants.

2. Wash surface with soap and water.

3. Clean metal surfaces with Wax and Grease Remover, fibreglass surfaces with PF 606. Wipe dry while the surface is still wet.

4. Grind metal surfaces using 36 grit disc, fibreglass with 180 grit.

5. Use clean dry air and blow surface free of dirt.

6. For maximum adhesion, apply directly to bare metal.

MIXING DIRECTIONS: Mixing Ratio: 2%.

Mix 2% of cream hardener to 11222.

Knead cream hardener tube before using. Using a non contaminated mixing board, mix thoroughly until  mixture is color consistant.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Mix the desired quantity of product needed.

2. Apply mixed product in a 30° angle using a clean spreader.

3. Let dry thoroughly.

4. Sand to desired smoothness.

5. If required skimcoat with glazing putty.

6. Topcoat with a premium quality primer.
