"Gold Premium Body Filler" is a premium body-leveling Filler designed to fill and final finish in one easy application. Can be used as a body filler sandable with 40-120 grit abrasive, or as a glazing putty sanded with 120-240 grit. Gold Premium Body Filler is a stain free, tack free product with excellent adhesion to steel, galvanized metal, and aluminum. Cream hardener included.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface must be free of rust, wax, silicone, grease, dirt and other contaminants.

2. Clean metal surfaces with Wax and Grease Remover. Wipe dry while the surface is still wet.

3. For body filling grind with 40-80 grit disc to bare metal, for glazing sand substrate with 180-240 grit sandpaper.

4. Use clean dry air and blow surface free of dirt.

MIXING DIRECTIONS:

Mixing Ratio: 2%.

Mix 2% of cream hardener to PF 151-1. Knead cream hardener tube before using. Using a non contami- nated mixing board, mix thoroughly until mixture is color consistent.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Mix the desired quantity of product.

2.Apply filler to repair area with a clean spreader. Fill should not exceed 3 mm (1/8”) in depth.

3. Allow to cure thoroughly.

4. Sand to desired contour with abrasive; 40-120 for body filling, 120-240 for glazing.

5.Topcoat with a premium quality primer.

CAUTION:

Do not return catalyzed material to can. To avoid contamination, keep cap closed after use.
