ProForm FLOWABLE POLYESTER GLAZING PUTTY Hardener included, 30floz. This is  is a flowable polyester glazing putty designed to fill pin holes, sanding scratches and minor imperfections. It can be spread over a much larger area than conventional glazing Putties, and allows imperfections to be filled without altering contour. Can be spread extremely thin and sanded to an ultra-fine featheredge. Use over sanded substrates, steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. When mixed with body fillers, it improves spreading and sanding. Cream hardener included. Working time 12 min. Sanding time 12 min.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface must be free of rust, wax, silicone, grease, dirt and other contaminants.

2. Clean metal surfaces with Wax and Grease Remover. Wipe dry while the surface is still wet.

3. Sand substrate with 180-240 grit abrasive.

4. Use clean dry air and blow surface free of dirt.

MIXING DIRECTIONS: Mixing Ratio: 2%. Mix 2% of cream hardener to 11312. Knead cream hardener tube before using. Using a non contaminated mixing board, mix thoroughly until mixture is color consistent.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Mix the desired quantity of product.

2. Apply filler with a clean spreader. Fill should not exceed 1.5 mm (1/16”) in depth. Heavier applications may sag on vertical surfaces.

3. Allow to cure thoroughly.

4. Sand with 120-180 grit until desired contour is achieved.

5. Topcoat with a premium quality primer.
